We offer free shipping to Australian metro areas for orders over $80 (excluding Tasmania and the Northern Territory). For metro orders less than $80 a flat fee of $12 applies.

If you live in Tasmania, the Northern Territory or outside of a metro area a delivery fee of $28 per carton (12 bottles = 1 carton) will apply.

We ship Australia wide, including post office boxes and parcel collect boxes. We also ship overseas, it’s expensive though so please contact us at for exact rates.

Post office box deliveries are usually done within 3 days.
Country and regional deliveries may take up to 7 days.

Please note we do not ship on public holidays, orders placed will be dispatched the following business day.

If you’ve joined our Sippy Hippy Club subscription box service, there is no extra cost to ship your orders.

Delivery Policy
You must be 18 years and over to order from our store, if you are a minor and order from us you are breaking the law.

In accordance with liquor licensing laws; we need you to instruct us on a safe place to leave your order. In your cart please make sure to instruct us on where you’d like your order left at your nominated address. On delivery, if there is reasonable doubt that your nominated safe place is not suitable, then we will return your order to our local warehouse and be in touch to arrange re-delivery.

If on delivery we believe that the recipient is not 18 years or over, we will ask for statutory identification to verify age (drivers license or passport). If that is not supplied, or the recipient is confirmed to be underage, then we will return your order to our local warehouse and be in touch.


Sippy Hippy respects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

In the rare event that your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for replacing the product if we are at fault. All returns and exchanges should be notified via email to Please include your order number and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you do not love your order please get in touch at and we’ll see what we can do.
