Where do you ship?

We ship Australia wide, including post office boxes, 15th floor apartments in the centre of town (always fun), and to your workplace if you prefer. We also ship overseas, it’s expensive though so for best rates please contact us at help@sippyhippy.com.au

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to Australian metro areas for orders over $120 (excluding Tasmania, Northern Territory, regional and remote regional areas – sorry guys). For metro orders less than $120 a flat fee of $12 applies. If you live in Tasmania, the Northern Territory or outside of a metro area a delivery fee of $28 per carton (12 bottles = 1 carton) will apply.

How long does shipping take?

Our Metro delivery times from dispatch are not guaranteed, but our sensible guide is that SA is a maximum of 48hrs from dispatch. For VIC allow up to 3 days, NSW up to 4 days, QLD up to 5 days. For WA allow up to 7 days, and for our friends in Tassy allow 4 days please. For the NT allow 5 days, and for the ACT allow up to 4 days. For post office boxes, deliveries are usually done within 3 days. For country and regional deliveries its best to allow 7 days.

How can I track my order once it ships?

If you have provided a mobile phone number at checkout we will send you an estimated time of delivery via SMS upon your order dispatch. If you have not received a text message, please get in touch at help@sippyhippy.com.au

I made a mistake when placing my order! Can I update it?

Depending on the status of your order we may be able to help. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible on +61 415 512 634 during office hours or email help@sippyhippy.com.au. We will try our best to help sort things out.

There is something wrong with my order, what do I do?

In the rare event that there is an issue with your order please get in touch via email at help@sippyhippy.com.au referencing your order number.

Will you still ship my order in sub-zero temperatures, or if it’s stinking hot?

No, we absolutely will not. We carefully monitor local and cross border weather conditions to manage product integrity. If we need to hold back shipping your order due to weather conditions we will get in touch.

What currency do you use?

All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
